Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for both technical and non‑technical positions, from outreach to offer acceptance.
• Source and engage high‑caliber talent—including researchers, engineers, and operators—through creative, high‑touch outreach.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline that is fast, rigorous, and candidate‑friendly.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring standards and ensure a high bar for all hires.
• Shape and promote our employer brand while scaling the team without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Relentless problem‑solver with rapid execution and the ability to learn quickly in new domains.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting or sourcing, preferably for technical or research talent.
• Track record of closing exceptional candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong sourcing instincts and creativity to reach candidates others miss.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills to convey a compelling mission.
• Highly organized, ownership‑driven, and comfortable handling high‑volume, high‑stakes hiring.
