About the role

ATP, the nation’s largest flight school, is seeking a Recruiter to manage full‑cycle talent acquisition for Aviation Maintenance Technicians and administrative staff. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and drive effective sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for multiple positions across business units.
• Develop recruiting strategies and workforce plans with hiring managers.
• Source active and passive candidates using various tools, networking, and social media.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct phone screens, evaluate candidates, and present top talent.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate next steps.
• Extend offers, manage pre‑employment documentation, and support onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of full‑cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience designing sourcing strategies for Aviation Maintenance Technicians and other roles.
• Strong ability to build relationships with business leaders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant‑tracking software (or ability to learn quickly).
• Experience using Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with JSFirm (strongly preferred).
