About the role

Chainalysis is the leader in blockchain intelligence and is expanding its go‑to‑market organization. As a Recruiter, Go‑to‑Market (AMER) you will own the full‑cycle hiring process for sales and related roles, driving high‑volume outbound sourcing and delivering top talent in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of sales talent through proactive outbound sourcing across crypto, fintech and traditional financial services.
• Run full‑cycle recruiting for quota‑carrying roles, from intake to offer negotiation, while maintaining a high‑volume requisition load.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, provide market insights and keep hiring plans on schedule.
• Champion diversity and inclusion by actively engaging candidates from under‑represented backgrounds.
• Occasionally support recruiting for non‑go‑to‑market positions when priorities allow.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience focused on sales and go‑to‑market talent.
• Demonstrated outbound sourcing ability, generating pipelines without relying on inbound applications.
• Proven track record recruiting sales talent in SaaS or cybersecurity, especially for fintech, cryptocurrency or traditional financial services.
• Ability to manage high volume requisitions while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborative, low‑ego approach and curiosity about the blockchain and crypto industry.
