Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Ontario, CA)

About the role

Kelly Services is seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage full‑cycle hiring for industrial and warehouse positions across multiple locations. Based in Ontario, California, you will work on‑site collaborating with hiring managers and HR partners to bring the right talent to the right roles.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of positions, from entry‑level to senior roles.
• Source and screen both passive candidates and active applicants using job boards and the Bullhorn applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent assessment processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable, quick learner who thrives in changing or ambiguous situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
