Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Columbus, OH. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions, helping match the right talent with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑life‑cycle recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source, and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and Kelly’s Bullhorn ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent selection practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse setting.
• Experience with a staffing agency or onsite client environment is preferred.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Adaptable to changing or ambiguous situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
