About the role
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for a dynamic real‑estate firm, handling client interactions and supporting daily office operations. This full‑time, Monday‑through‑Friday position is based on‑site in the Coney Island area and offers the chance to be the welcoming face of a professional team.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to attorneys and relevant departments.
- Manage front‑desk scheduling, inboxes, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
- Maintain conference‑room calendars and coordinate meetings and legal appointments.
- Keep reception and shared areas clean, organized, and stocked.
- Distribute mail, receive packages, and assist with courier services and legal filings.
- Support office administrators with light clerical tasks and document handling.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with a service‑oriented mindset.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
