About the role
Pullman & Comley is seeking a qualified attorney to join its Real Estate practice in Bridgeport. The associate will work on complex commercial real‑estate matters for lenders, borrowers, owners and tenants.
Key responsibilities
- Represent lenders and borrowers in complex commercial real‑estate transactions.
- Assist owners and tenants with acquisitions, sales, refinances, leasing and construction/development projects.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial loan documents for both secured and unsecured transactions.
- Support acquisition, sale and development of commercial properties.
Required profile
- Minimum four years of experience handling complex real‑estate transactions.
- Strong academic background and proven transactional credentials.
- Excellent writing, research, negotiation and communication abilities.
- Team‑oriented mindset and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
