About the role

RGroup Realty is seeking a licensed Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee a defined portfolio of properties in Central Tucson. This position operates as a Portfolio CEO, combining recurring income with commission upside while leveraging advanced automation and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly property inspections and drive‑by monitoring to identify risks.
• Lead monthly strategy calls and annual performance reviews for landlords.
• Proactively manage tenant renewals, occupancy stabilization, and relationship oversight.
• Coordinate maintenance through systemized processes to protect time.

Required profile

• Active Arizona Real Estate License in good standing with local MLS.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital workflows.
• Strong communication and advisory abilities.
• Independent contractor mindset (1099).
