Real Estate Asset Management Analyst

About the role

Blackstone is seeking an Analyst to join its Real Estate Asset Management team in New York. The analyst will support post‑acquisition activities such as restructurings, refinancing, dispositions, and value‑enhancement projects across a diversified portfolio of commercial assets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including go‑forward return models, next‑buyer models, DCFs and development pro‑formas.
• Conduct analyses to support investment, financing, capital and sale decisions.
• Perform real‑estate and public‑company valuation analysis.
• Support due‑diligence and transaction execution under senior team direction.
• Prepare materials for deal counterparties, external advisors and platform company leadership.
• Attend site tours and assist with legal negotiations and due‑diligence.
• Develop investment budgets, strategic plans and asset valuations.
• Track portfolio performance metrics and produce recurring reports.
• Draft memoranda and presentations for internal and external use.

Required profile

• Analyst‑level candidate able to work under senior team direction.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel financial modeling.
