About the role

This full‑time night position provides rapid response critical care nursing on Jefferson Highway. The RN will lead patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high‑quality outcomes for diverse patients.

Key responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members effectively.
Assess learning needs and implement education strategies for patients, families, and staff.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2–5 years of critical care nursing experience in an academic medical center or community hospital.
Current RN license in Louisiana and Basic Life Support certification; specialty certification preferred.

Required skills
