Quality Technician II – QA Trace and Labs

About the role

The Quality Technician II supports QA Trace and Laboratory activities, ensuring compliant inspection, testing, and release of components and finished devices. The role bridges traceability processes with laboratory quality control to maintain product integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Execute traceability of component and finished‑goods work orders, verifying documentation accuracy and completing ERP (JDE) and MES closures.
• Perform raw material and finished‑device inspections, generate laboratory results, and record data in LIMS or other databases.
• Document inspection outcomes, provide acceptance/rejection decisions, and support disposition of materials.
• Follow environmental, safety, and occupational health policies (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Permanent US work authorization; full‑time availability (40 hours/week).
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a professional or laboratory environment.
• Strong English communication skills and proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Interest in a career in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within manufacturing supply chain.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as JDE or SAP.
• Familiarity with LabVantage LIMS or similar laboratory information management systems.
• Ability to conduct moderately complex laboratory tests and technical quality inspections.
