Quality Systems Management Intern

About the role

Join Bosch's Power Solutions Division as a Quality Systems Management Intern. You will support the harmonisation of plant instructions with the Process Compass system, helping to streamline documentation and ensure compliance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a complete inventory of existing AiP Plant Instructions within the project scope.
• Map each Plant Instruction to the relevant Process Compass process, method, or requirement.
• Analyse and classify instructions as aligned, partially aligned, duplicate, obsolete, or needing revision.
• Identify gaps where local requirements conflict with or duplicate Process Compass requirements.
• Create and update a harmonisation tracker with status, findings, recommended actions, and responsible stakeholders.
• Support migration of appropriate local requirements into Process Compass‑aligned structures.
• Formulate recommendations to revise, consolidate, or retire redundant instructions.
• Track progress toward reducing non‑harmonised Plant Instructions and present findings to mentors and managers.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, preferably in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Coursework or experience in quality systems, process improvement, document control, data analysis, or manufacturing.
• Prior internship or manufacturing experience is a plus.
