Quality Operations Specialist

About the role

Radiant Industries is scaling its pioneering portable nuclear micro‑reactor business and needs a Quality Operations Specialist to keep its Quality program running smoothly. This hands‑on role will support day‑to‑day execution, maintain the underlying systems, and help turn quality data into actionable insight.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring quality activities, records, actions, and operational controls to ensure program effectiveness.
• Maintain quality operating infrastructure, including templates, workflows, tools, systems, and program documentation.
• Standardize document and information management by overseeing release, revision, and controlled‑information practices.
• Monitor and reconcile critical quality attributes, classifications, and configuration data across business systems to preserve data integrity.
• Build Quality Intelligence by centralizing data, creating dashboards, developing metrics, and highlighting trends or gaps.
• Identify friction points, manual work, and weak handoffs, driving continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Hands‑on execution mindset with the ability to work across a quality organization.
• Experience supporting quality program activities and maintaining documentation infrastructure.
• Strong analytical orientation for data integrity monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborative approach to work closely with Reliability & Quality Engineers and other program owners.
