Quality Manager – ISO 9001 & AS9100 Lead

About the role

Prince Industries is seeking a hands‑on Quality Manager to lead its quality team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 standards while supporting both customers and the production facility.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the quality management system, ensuring continuous conformance with ISO 9001:2015, AS9100 and customer specifications.
• Act as the primary liaison with customer auditors, manage corrective actions, and provide regular quality performance reports.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to develop, document, and enforce quality procedures, inspections, and metrology processes.
• Supervise technical staff in inspection activities, document creation, calibration, and quality engineering.
• Coordinate supplier quality performance, establish criteria, and monitor compliance.
• Support internal audits, identify training needs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities with a track record of managing quality teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of GD&T, PPAP, APQP, and FMEA processes.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as aerospace or high‑precision manufacturing.
