Quality Assurance Analyst – Weekend Shifts

About the role

The Supply group at Anheuser‑Busch brews, packages and ships iconic beers such as Budweiser. As a Quality Assurance Analyst (Weekender) you will perform routine analytical testing on beer samples and packaged products, ensuring the highest quality standards across the brewery.

Key responsibilities

• Run routine analytical analyses on beer samples (pH, alcohol, sodium, iron, etc.).
• Test packaged beer for oxygen, carbon dioxide, fill level, and package integrity.
• Conduct pasteurizer checks to verify proper pasteurization.
• Coordinate quality analyses, ensure accurate results, and communicate findings.
• Perform statistical studies to improve quality throughout the brewery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a science‑intensive discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology).
• Ability to operate laboratory instruments and perform basic maintenance.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety, sanitation procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Flexibility to work varying weekend, holiday and shift schedules.
