Quadient Senior Consultant – Omaha, NE

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Quadient Senior Consultant to join its Digital Experience unit in Omaha, Nebraska. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end implementations of the Quadient Inspire platform, helping clients transform their customer communication processes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate business requirements with stakeholders to align with ERP and Quadient Inspire capabilities.
• Assist in solution architecture, customizing Quadient Inspire modules such as Inspire Designer, Scaler and Interactive.
• Develop, integrate, and review code for new features, ensuring stability and compliance.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and maintain data flow between ERP systems and Quadient solutions.
• Assess system performance, identify enhancements, and ensure security and regulatory compliance.
• Produce documentation and deliver user training for successful knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT consulting and end‑to‑end implementations of Quadient Inspire.
• Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into technical designs.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills for working with cross‑functional teams and clients.
