Quadient Senior Consultant – Omaha

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Quadient Senior Consultant to join its Digital Experience unit in Omaha, NE. You will work on end‑to‑end ERP package customisation and implementation projects, helping clients transform their customer communication processes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate business requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment with ERP capabilities.
• Assist in solution architecture design and customise Quadient Inspire modules based on detailed specifications.
• Develop, integrate and review new features, maintaining code stability and compliance.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and ensure seamless data flow between ERP and other systems.
• Assess ERP performance, identify enhancements, and verify security and regulatory compliance.
• Produce documentation for customisations and deliver user training for effective knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques.
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle ERP customisation and implementation.
• Skill in translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design and hands‑on coding.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills for cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with Quadient Inspire, including Inspire Designer, Inspire Scaler and Inspire Interactive.
• Familiarity with Customer Communication Management and SmartCommunications.
• Hands‑on experience with ETL processes.
