About the role

The Infosys Digital Experience (DX) unit helps businesses transform their customer experience through integrated, personalized platforms. As a Quadient Lead Consultant (Process Project Lead 1) you will drive end‑to‑end implementations of Quadient Inspire solutions for clients in Hartford, CT.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying and resolving resource gaps to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support functional teams with advisory and consulting initiatives, including product evaluation, benchmarking, and process‑improvement projects.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, ensuring they meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Required skills

• Extensive experience with Quadient Inspire, including Inspire Designer, Inspire Scaler and Inspire Interactive.
• Knowledge of Documaker (advantageous).
• Ability to elicit, analyze, and map requirements for data, template layout and post‑processing.
• Design and configuration of applications on Inspire tools following best practices.
• Background in IT consulting and end‑to‑end implementation projects.
