Quadient Lead Consultant – Hartford, CT

About the role

The Quadient Lead Consultant will drive end‑to‑end implementations of Quadient Inspire solutions for clients in Hartford, CT. You will act as the primary liaison between technical teams and customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, identify and resolve resource discrepancies to guarantee timely completion.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support functional teams with advisory and consulting initiatives, including process‑oriented product evaluation and benchmarking studies.
• Monitor deliverables across all project phases, ensuring they meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage project scope, identify additional opportunities, and proactively mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Overall experience in IT and consulting with a focus on end‑to‑end implementations.
• Strong risk‑management skills and ability to balance project economics with strategic priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Commitment to governance and continuous improvement of project processes.

Required skills

• Quadient Inspire – expertise in Inspire Designer, Scaler, and Interactive modules.
• Documaker knowledge (preferred).
• Experience designing and configuring CCM applications, including data mapping and template layout design.
• Familiarity with Customer Communication Management (CCM) processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of Infosys Global Agile methodology.
