QA Analyst – Automated & Mobile Testing (San Jose, CA)

About the role

Infosys' Engineering unit is looking for a QA Analyst to drive automated and mobile testing efforts for client applications. Based in San Jose, the role combines hands‑on testing, code integration, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements during the elicitation phase.
• Facilitate design discussions and capture decisions to guide development.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain new features while preserving system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories, and apply changes as needed.
• Design and execute test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.
