About the role

Infosys Financial Services is looking for a Python Developer to join its technology consulting team in Charlotte, NC. You will work on digital transformation projects for banking, wealth management and insurance clients, leveraging AI and cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements during the elicitation phase.
• Facilitate design discussions and capture architectural decisions.
• Develop, test and integrate new Python features while ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain repositories and apply best‑practice coding standards.
• Implement test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug‑fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks.
• Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Comfort translating complex requirements into technical solutions.
