About the role

We are looking for experienced property‑management professionals to join our AI Labor Marketplace as remote AI Trainers. In this part‑time, project‑based role you will help improve large‑language‑model performance by reviewing and refining AI‑generated content related to leasing, maintenance, and tenant communication.

Key responsibilities

• Review property‑management prompts for realism and operational relevance.
• Evaluate AI‑generated rubrics and outputs for leasing accuracy, maintenance coordination, and tenant communication quality.
• Identify compliance, maintenance, or operational gaps in AI responses.
• Recommend revisions to evaluation frameworks and draft benchmark property‑management responses when needed.
• Apply professional judgment to operational and customer‑service scenarios while adhering to confidentiality and fictionalization guidelines.

Required profile

• Experience in residential or commercial property management.
• Familiarity with leasing processes, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to assess operational workflows and decision‑making.
