Property & Facilities Management Consultant (Talent Pool)

About the role

Proxima is building a talent pool of senior consultants specialized in property and facilities management. Selected candidates will join client‑facing teams, lead complex workstreams and deliver strategic initiatives across facilities, property operations and real‑estate portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Design and propose facilities management and procurement strategies that maximise value, using market insights and best practices.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimise property portfolio strategy and operational performance, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead workshops, working sessions and day‑to‑day client interactions, supporting commercial analysis and supplier research.
• Coach and develop junior consultants while contributing to Proxima’s category thought leadership and intellectual property.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in facilities management and property categories, with strong knowledge of supplier markets and procurement practices.
• Significant consulting experience, preferably in procurement or a related domain, with a proven track record of leading complex client engagements.
• Strong senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills, comfortable operating in fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environments.
• Willingness to travel as required and work in a hybrid model balancing client, home and office work.

Required skills

• Commercial acumen and knowledge of contract structures, models and terms & conditions.
• Strong analytical capability and confidence working with data.
