Promotions Event Support (Part Time)

About the role

iHeartMedia Markets is hiring a part-time Promotions Event Support person in Franklin, NJ. Events are a core part of iHeartMedia's brand, and the Promotions & Events teams help shape how audiences experience audio in real life. You will support local events and promotions that match station branding and client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of local events and promotions such as concerts, community activations and live broadcasts.
• Coordinate logistics like venue setup, staffing, signage, giveaways and technical needs.
• Work with Sales, Programming and Marketing teams to build integrated promotional campaigns.
• Serve as on-site lead during events and represent iHeartMedia professionally.
• Engage with listeners and clients, gather feedback and maintain promotional inventory.
• Capture content and promote events on digital and social media channels.
• Track and report on event performance, including attendance, engagement and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle several projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with the public and clients.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus.
