About the role

Gardiner & Theobald is seeking experienced project‑management professionals to join its growing U.S. team. Positions are available at Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Associate Director, and Senior Associate Director levels, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver project‑management services across office interiors, hospitality, and residential developments.
• Manage core project tasks, documentation, and client communications (Project Manager level).
• Lead full project lifecycles, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure project objectives are met (Senior Project Manager level).
• Develop and nurture client relationships, contribute to business development, and support team leadership (Associate Director and Senior Associate Director levels).
