Project Manager – Store Planning & Construction

About the role

The Project Manager, Store Planning and Construction will lead the delivery of retail and trade projects across North America, ensuring each initiative meets schedule, budget, and quality standards. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, supporting brand growth and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project briefs, schedules and budgets aligned with the Store Development Lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Store Design, regional leadership, architects, engineers, general contractors and internal stakeholders (procurement, IT, security, merchandising, operations).
• Negotiate work letters, conduct site reviews and advise on market conditions affecting timelines and costs.
• Manage project milestones using TCO systems (Unifier, Coupa, PlanGrid, Microsoft Projects) and oversee drawing sets from schematic to construction documents.
• Control budgets, forecast cash flow, handle change orders, and ensure competitive bidding and contract administration.
• Conduct weekly OAC meetings, monitor procurement schedules, and close out projects within 90 days of store opening.
