Project Manager (Restoration)

About the role

The Large Loss Project Manager will lead restoration projects after disasters such as fire or flood, overseeing reconstruction from intake to completion. You will work directly with homeowners, commercial owners, sub‑contractors and internal teams while delivering top‑tier customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with owners, insurance providers and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, work hours and collections to meet deadlines.
• Partner with a Project Coordinator to complete all required paperwork on time.
• Review estimates, confirm budgets and work orders before project start.
• Track operational goals such as sales, gross margin, job closings and Net Promoter Score.
• Maintain strong relationships with trade partners, vendors and industry partners.

Required profile

• 7+ years of residential/commercial construction management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
