Project Manager – Remote Friendly

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client projects from initiation to delivery. The role involves coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget. This position is remote‑friendly, allowing flexible work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and budget.
• Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects.
• Assign and monitor resources to maximize efficiency and deliverables.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors and researchers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Report outcomes and risks to management and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor interdependencies with other projects and assess impact.
• Conduct project evaluation reviews to assess management effectiveness.

Required profile

• Five or more years of experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
• Experience developing web technologies and software platforms for usability.
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
• Solid organizational skills, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
