About the role

Join the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission to lead construction initiatives for state‑owned facilities. The position offers the chance to impact public infrastructure while working within a robust benefits framework.

Key responsibilities

Manage construction projects for state‑owned facilities.
Manage special projects for state‑owned facilities as directed by the Director of Operations.
Perform additional job‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of four years (Project Manager) or six years (Senior Project Manager) experience in construction as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Quality Assurance Manager; alternatively, ten or fifteen years of experience respectively.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel statewide to construction sites.
Authorization to work in the United States and successful completion of background, motor‑vehicle and drug screenings.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience using Project Management or Scheduling software.
