Project Manager – New Development Residential Brokerage

About the role

Anywhere Advisors is seeking a strategic, execution‑driven Project Manager to oversee multiple residential condominium developments across New York City. The role serves as a key advisor to developer clients and a strategic partner to sales teams, guiding each project from launch through sell‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with research and design teams to shape unit mix, layouts, amenity programming, and interior design.
• Develop and execute sales and absorption strategies, including pricing recommendations, release sequencing, and competitive positioning.
• Analyze market data, buyer trends, and competitor inventory to inform product strategy and adjust pricing.
• Serve as primary point of contact for developer clients and top‑producing sales teams; lead client meetings and present strategic recommendations.
• Set overall marketing direction, approve creative strategy, and oversee development of branding, renderings, websites, floor plans, signage, and model residences.
• Design and deploy e‑blasts with light graphic design work; lead launch planning, broker outreach, and event execution.
• Establish performance standards and reporting protocols for onsite sales teams; monitor traffic, lead conversion, and contract activity.
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure disciplined execution across multiple active projects.
• Support business development by contributing to pitch strategy, materials, and market analysis.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in real‑estate new‑development marketing, sales, or leasing.
• Demonstrated ability to influence pricing, positioning, or launch strategy.
• Strong understanding of the NYC residential market.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
