Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, production, and logistics of construction projects ranging from a few weeks to several years. This full‑time, onsite position requires strong teamwork, communication, and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management and sales to define project scope and report progress.
• Establish objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards aligned with company policies and contracts.
• Define activities, resources, supplies, materials, and subcontractors needed to complete the project.
• Create and maintain project schedules, adjusting them as required.
• Coordinate with superintendents and foremen to plan and direct site construction activities.
• Maintain liaison with clients, monitor budgets, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Prepare reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling.
