Project Manager – Creative Agency

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our small but mighty creative agency. You will work closely with the Managing Director, supporting the day‑to‑day execution of branding and design projects for iconic clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage design project timelines, adjusting schedules as client or internal needs evolve.
• Maintain clear, frequent communication with the creative team, providing status updates, meeting recaps, and organized documentation.
• Keep project status documents current and oversee the organization of internal drives.
• Support daily workflow and resource allocation, escalating issues when necessary.
• Schedule and attend internal design reviews, gather feedback, and define next steps.
• Assist the Founder and Managing Director with new business activities, including proposal creation and preparation of presentation decks.
• Identify and propose workflow improvements to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of account or project management experience, preferably in an agency or in‑house environment.
• Familiarity with branding, design, and production processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges.
• Must be based in New York City and able to work in the office three days per week.
