Project Manager – Collections & Asset Recovery (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives that improve collections, fraud prevention, and equipment repossession. The role focuses on reducing losses from delinquency, theft and fraud while increasing cash and asset recovery rates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at improving collections and equipment recovery performance.
• Develop, test and optimise strategies to reduce delinquency, fraud, theft and asset loss.
• Enhance customer risk scoring using payment history and operational data.
• Optimise the full recovery process from early‑stage collections to hard collections and repossession.
• Analyse portfolio performance to identify patterns behind defaults, fraud and equipment loss.
• Design and test new workflows, policies, communication strategies and recovery approaches.
• Define and improve KPIs across collections, fraud and repossession.
• Use AI coding tools (Codex, Claude Code) for data analysis, prototyping, automation and internal tool development.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Support, Analytics and Marketing teams to implement changes.
• Track results and report directly to senior management and founders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project or product management within operationally complex businesses.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Experience with collections, delinquent customers, fraud prevention or asset recovery is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with AI coding tools such as Codex or Claude Code.
• Comfortable working with CRM/ERP systems and operational data.
• Fluent English (C1+) and Russian language proficiency is a plus.
• Availability during US Eastern Time business hours.
