About the role
We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to secure third‑party vendors and manage commodity categories that support our global clinical trials. The analyst will develop and execute sourcing strategies, ensuring high‑quality products and services at optimal value while upholding ethical standards.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with selected third‑party vendors worldwide.
- Analyze market data and trends to inform sourcing decisions.
- Develop and implement category management and sourcing strategies for assigned commodities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Support and grow Preferred Provider relationships through strategic processes.
- Prepare and manage RFx documentation for commodity sourcing when required.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market research.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
