Project Manager – Architecture (Healthcare & Commercial)

About the role

CosciaMoos is seeking an experienced, licensed architect to lead a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from healthcare and multi‑family housing to hospitality and commercial spaces. The senior‑level Project Manager will act as the primary client liaison, guide internal teams, and ensure delivery of high‑quality design solutions on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects through all phases, from concept to construction.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication throughout each project lifecycle.
• Lead and coordinate internal design teams, sub‑consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and staffing plans, proactively addressing issues.
• Oversee quality control of deliverables at every stage.
• Participate in business development activities such as proposal writing and client presentations.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative office culture.
• Navigate building codes, zoning regulations, and agency approval processes in collaboration with the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture (5‑year) or Master of Architecture degree.
• Current licensure as an architect in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of project‑management responsibility.
• Experience across multiple project types with a focus on healthcare projects.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
