Project Manager / Architect – Hospitality Design

About the role

DiLeonardo, a global leader in hospitality design, is seeking a Project Manager/Architect to join its collaborative worldwide team. The role blends architectural expertise with project management to deliver world‑class hotels and resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist multiple hospitality projects from concept through completion.
• Coordinate internal production and work with consultants.
• Mentor, train, and develop team members.
• Manage information flow among clients, team members, and overseas offices.
• Participate in design pin‑ups and communicate with senior management, clients, and vendors.
• Stay current on industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in architecture or interior design.
• Professional Architecture degree from an accredited university.
• Hospitality or multi‑unit residential project experience preferred.
• Holding or pursuing professional architectural registration is a plus.
