About the role

We are seeking a Project Management Specialist to work remotely with AI development teams. You will translate complex project scenarios into data‑rich examples that improve AI training and ensure alignment between technical staff and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI development teams to provide expert insights on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Develop and review AI training materials that reflect best practices across diverse industries.
• Translate complex project management scenarios into clear, data‑rich examples for AI model enhancement.
• Guide technical staff and act as the client‑facing lead to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Articulate effective team leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder communication for AI learning modules.
• Continuously evaluate and refine AI outputs to maintain relevance, accuracy, and practical value.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end project management across multiple industries and project scales.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Demonstrated success in team management and guiding cross‑functional groups.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, including resource and budget management.
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and adaptive planning in evolving project landscapes.
