About the role

Civiltec Engineering, a leader in sustainable water infrastructure, is looking for a Project Engineer to join its California team. The role focuses on designing and managing water‑related projects such as pump stations, wells, reservoirs and treatment facilities.

Key responsibilities

Apply extensive civil engineering knowledge across diverse water, wastewater, land‑site development and public works projects.
Serve as a technical specialist and consultant, advising staff on engineering solutions.
Undertake complex assignments and pioneer new engineering techniques to improve outcomes.
Ensure drawings and designs comply with company standards, codes and regulations.
Prepare improvement plans, specifications, supporting documents and permit applications.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited university.
Registered Professional Engineer in California.
3‑5 years of project engineering experience in water or wastewater projects.

Required skills

Proficiency with Civil3D.
Proficiency with AutoCAD.
Proficiency with ArcGIS.
