Project Coordinator – New Business

About the role

Join CPH, a top‑500 engineering and architectural design firm, as a Project Coordinator focused on new business initiatives in Ft Myers. You will drive project coordination, financial reporting, and stakeholder communication to deliver high‑quality client deliverables on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with site‑planning tasks, review improvement layouts, and coordinate with civil engineers, surveyors, and local government agencies.
• Set up new projects, maintain documentation (contracts, scopes, meeting minutes) and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and cash flows, supporting financial forecasting and invoicing.
• Manage contract lifecycles, maintain version‑controlled records, and coordinate approvals with legal and finance teams.
• Serve as liaison among internal teams, sub‑consultants, vendors, and clients, preparing meeting materials and project reports.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in project coordination within the AEC or professional services environment, including basic site‑planning knowledge.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities, with a track record of supporting multiple projects and deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, master‑sheet linking, financial tracking).
• Site‑planning and zoning compliance knowledge.
• Budget tracking and financial reporting.
