Project Coordinator – Entry Level (Digital)

About the role

Critical Mass is seeking a motivated entry‑level Project Coordinator to support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns, website updates, email initiatives and creative production. You will work closely with Project Managers and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and delivery teams in coordinating digital projects, including website content updates, email campaigns and creative production tasks.
• Maintain project schedules, trackers and documentation, ensuring information is accurate and current.
• Organise internal meetings, capture notes, actions and follow‑ups, and communicate basic updates to teams.
• Track progress across website, email and campaign deliverables, flagging risks or delays to senior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of internship, coordination, marketing, creative or administrative support experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with guidance and supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic productivity and collaboration tools such as Excel, Teams, Jira, Smartsheet or Trello.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and willingness to ask questions.
