Project Controller

About the role

TensorWave is looking for a Project Controller to support the execution of its data‑center project pipeline. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will translate field progress and schedule updates into clear financial reporting, ensuring each project stays on budget and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Receive schedule status, milestone completion and field progress from the Project Manager and convert these inputs into cost‑tracking reports.
• Build and maintain standardized cost‑tracking templates and dashboards for the entire project pipeline.
• Identify and flag cost overruns, schedule slippage or change‑order impacts, providing actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Accounting and Capital Markets to reconcile budgets, cost codes and capitalization thresholds.
• Prepare executive‑level reports that highlight financial risks, capital opportunities and project health.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills across field staff, contractors, finance teams and senior leadership.
• Experience in construction accounting or project finance environments.
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple functional teams into a single source of truth.
