Project Assistant – Residential Remodeling (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Assistant to support residential remodeling projects in the United States. The role involves coordinating multiple projects, keeping information up‑to‑date, and assisting Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with the coordination of residential remodeling projects.
• Maintain project information, schedules, documents, tasks, and updates.
• Follow up on project deadlines, pending items, and documentation.
• Coordinate communication with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist with purchase orders, change orders, selections, and project documentation.
• Track project progress and ensure information is accurately updated in the project management system.
• Organize project files, photos, invoices, estimates, and related documentation.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the project team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement projects in the U.S.
• Understanding of residential construction workflows and project coordination.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English – B2+ or higher.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience working remotely is preferred.
