About the role
The University of Miami/UHealth Crane Lab is seeking a full‑time Programmer 3 to design, build, and maintain the My Wellness research web applications. You will work on an interdisciplinary team of scientists, data engineers, and full‑stack developers on the UHealth campus.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze problem areas, design system improvements, and implement program logic.
- Develop, test, and document web‑based applications for the My Wellness research portfolio.
- Create flowcharts, data movement diagrams, and conversion procedures.
- Prepare test data, evaluate program performance, and devise verification methods.
- Produce personnel, budget, project status, and program reports.
- Provide user training, instructional materials, and support for system users.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum five years of relevant programming or software‑engineering experience.
- Strong learning agility, teamwork, and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office software and general computer applications.
