IT Support Technician (Miami)

About the role

Opendoor is looking for an on‑site IT Support Technician to serve its Miami office while also providing remote assistance to teammates. You will be the primary technical point of contact for employees and visitors, handling device provisioning, troubleshooting, and office AV support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tier 1‑2 support for Mac and Windows laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot core tools such as Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, VPN, and printers.
• Manage the full ticket lifecycle in the ITSM system, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Set up and maintain conference‑room AV equipment (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, cameras, microphones, TVs, room controllers).
• Prepare, image, enroll, and secure devices for new hires and handle off‑boarding device collection.
• Enroll and manage endpoints via MDM/RMM tools (Jamf, Intune) and enforce security standards.
• Coordinate office moves, cabling, and labeling with Workplace and Facilities teams.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues quickly.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment and collaborating across multiple internal teams.
