Program Success Manager

About the role

Catchafire is looking for a Manager of Program Success to own and deepen relationships with a portfolio of nonprofit members. You will act as a trusted strategic advisor, helping nonprofits unlock value from the platform and feeding insights back into product and program improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of ~15 client programs (~500 nonprofit organizations) and drive activation, engagement, retention, and renewal.
• Serve as a Nonprofit Advisor in 1:1 consultations, guiding organizations through onboarding and ongoing use of the platform.
• Develop strategic success plans using engagement data and proactive outreach to improve adoption and partnership health.
• Act as the go‑to expert for specific nonprofit focus areas (e.g., social media, fundraising, marketing) and influence internal product offerings.
• Deliver occasional webinars and community touchpoints to onboard and support nonprofits.
• Partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to enhance the nonprofit experience.

Required profile

• 7+ years of progressive experience working with nonprofit organizations.
• Deep understanding of nonprofit operations, challenges, and opportunities.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort analyzing data and using spreadsheets.
• Exceptional project‑management ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience engaging diverse communities.
