Program Manager, UCAN Marketing Operations & Production

About the role

Netflix is looking for a Program Manager to join the Marketing Operations & Production (MO&P) team. In this role you will translate technology, AI and data ambitions into practical, scalable solutions that power global marketing campaigns. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data Science and Customer Success to bring new tools and processes to life.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing and Product to identify, prioritize and implement tooling and workflow improvements across global markets.
• Author business cases, program charters and requirements, defining scope and work breakdown structures for cross‑functional initiatives.
• Design and execute change‑management plans, crafting stakeholder communications and best‑practice documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data Science on build‑vs‑buy decisions, coordinating end‑to‑end rollout of new technology.
• Manage vendor relationships, onboarding and contract renewals for third‑party tools.
• Surface technical risks, dependencies and workflow impacts, ensuring alignment across roadmaps.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools to accelerate work and champion AI‑driven operating models within Marketing.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, matrixed programs that span multiple functional teams.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and change‑management initiatives.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, high‑autonomy environment with a focus on rapid experimentation.
