Program Manager & Team Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Program Manager & Team Coordinator to support key projects and day‑to‑day operations for a mission‑driven, impact‑focused team. This remote position offers the chance to build a solid program‑management foundation while working in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of programs and initiatives by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project plans, documentation, and status trackers.
• Coordinate across teams to gather inputs, schedule meetings, and ensure follow‑through on action items.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and recaps.
• Design and support team‑culture initiatives for both remote and in‑person settings.
• Help plan and execute team events, offsites, activities, and recognition programs.
• Identify and surface risks, dependencies, and blockers to senior team members.
• Support creation and upkeep of operational processes and tools.
• Provide regular status updates to immediate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the broader operations team on cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under direction.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative team player comfortable working with cross‑functional partners.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting quickly as priorities shift.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to anticipate needs without prompting.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of $35‑$41 with benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K).
• Full‑time schedule (40 hours/week) and remote work within the U.S.; San Francisco‑based candidates preferred.
• 12‑month contract (W2) through Maleda Tech.
