Program Manager, Onsite Data Collection

About the role

Telus Digital is seeking a Program Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of onsite and in‑the‑wild data collection programs. The role blends operational excellence with client partnership, ensuring financial health, quality, safety and throughput across fast‑moving projects.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall program performance, including forecasting, P&L, invoicing, delivery success and client satisfaction.
• Serve as primary escalation point for operational and client challenges; lead regular client syncs and business reviews.
• Provide consistent reporting via weekly status updates, dashboards and progress reviews for internal leadership and client stakeholders.
• Lead and develop project teams, monitor performance metrics, and coach to address productivity gaps.
• Collaborate with Legal and Liability to ensure compliance, safety and insurance standards for onsite activities.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to define hiring strategy and job profiles for collectors across full‑time, part‑time and crowd‑based models.
• Guide execution strategy across staffing, vendor engagement, equipment and day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, high‑stakes programs with financial accountability.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to navigate escalations.
• Demonstrated leadership in building and coaching cross‑functional teams.
• Experience working with legal, compliance and safety frameworks.
• Ability to travel regularly to program facilities and field sites.
