Program Manager – Energy Efficiency

About the role

The Program Manager will lead the implementation and day‑to‑day operations of a residential energy‑efficiency program. You will be responsible for achieving energy‑savings targets while managing budgets, internal teams, external partners, and utility clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations, forecast and track portfolio budgets and energy‑saving goals.
• Manage program milestones, deliverables, reporting, and client relationships.
• Lead the internal team, facilitate meetings, produce status reports, and monitor key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Data, Engineering, and Talent Management to ensure proper funding and resourcing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of project management, customer service, or energy‑efficiency experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Proven financial acumen with experience managing P&L or departmental budgets.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze data.
