Program Manager – Data Analytics

About the role

Amentum is seeking an experienced, data-driven Program Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of analysts and engineers supporting a client's performance measurement program. The role acts as the primary point of contact for the Government, overseeing contractor personnel and serving as the main liaison to the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) on cost, schedule and performance. The schedule is M-F, 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and schedule the contract work; monitor program performance against scope and legal, customer and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with the contract support team and prepare and share the Monthly Contract Status Report with the client.
• Serve as the single focal point to the COTR and provide daily oversight of personnel contract hours, including timecards.
• Hold daily technical standups and bi-weekly workstream review meetings, and staff the PMPS program according to the approved technical approach.
• Manage knowledge management and business continuity documents, and engage with staff to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Gather requirements and propose operational and technical solutions, presenting management strategy and analytic outcomes to the client.

Required profile

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph; US citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree; 5 to 7 years of progressive research or analytics experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree, 7 years of analytics experience in the Intelligence Community or DoD, and familiarity with the client's mission.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week, work overtime during peak periods, and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Tableau and dashboard creation.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL and Python.
• Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong analytical skills and performance measurement knowledge.

What we offer

• Stated pay range of $200,000 to $230,000.
